TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Estimated shipping times are provided in business days and may be subject to unexpected delays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Barcelona time) will be shipped on the next business day.
The 24/48 hour delivery timeframe begins once parcels are dispatched, daily at 4:00 PM.

For shipments exceeding 1 kg in weight, an additional shipping fee may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatching the order. Skateboards will always have a fixed shipping cost of €10 (Mainland Spain).

If a package is returned to 12 Pulgadas due to the customer being absent on more than two delivery attempts, or due to an incorrect address, we will refund the product amount minus the return shipping costs.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the delivery using the provided tracking number, and to contact the shipping carrier directly if changes to the delivery or a specific time slot are needed.

12 Pulgadas is not responsible for any customs fees or local taxes. If applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

12 Pulgadas does not rent or loan any items under any circumstances. Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return.

For in-store pickup, if you are not collecting the order yourself, the person collecting must present a signed authorization form from you.
