Once we are able to re-open our store and we go back to normal, we will help you to complete your return or exchange when we implement proper disinfection procedures, and will only apply to those orders purchased during the quarantine.

Therefore, please contact us when the quarantine is lifted and we will guide you in order to take all necessary precautions to receive your returns.

- We can not exchange the items for different sizes or colours, but if you want to exchange your article for another, we will refund your order and you will be able to make a new purchase online.

- If you are in Barcelona, you may return your purchase in-store, and will have to complete the same return process, which is why we do not do immediate returns, you will have to make a new purchase.

- You may exchange your product for a different size (not a different model) immediately in our Barcelona store, as long as the price does not vary and we have the item in stock.

- The customer will bear the cost and risk of shipping of the items in case of a return.

Steps to follow:

1. Fill in this form and place it inside the shipping box.

2. Ship item(s) to Carrer Durán i Bas 1, 08002 Barcelona. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking system, as will not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items. The items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and with any additional items you may have received (tags, stickers, bags).

3. When we receive the item, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will issue a refund to the same payment method you initially used (the estimated time for the refund to be effective will depend on your bank).
