RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items in their original state in a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package, and we will issue the corresponding refund*:

If you want to exchange for a different product, you may drop off the item at our store, request a refund and then make a new purchase; we do not do immediate product exchanges in store.

- You may exchange the products you bought online (size, colour or product exchange) by sending back the package to us through your preferred transportation service. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund and you will have to make a new online purchase.
