If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items in their original state in a period of 14 business days from the day you receive your package, and we will issue the corresponding refund*:

- If you are in Barcelona, you may return your online purchase at our store. We will issue a refund to the same payment used in the original order (it may take a few days to show in your account, depending on your bank entity).

- If you are in Barcelona, you may exchange your product for a different size at our store, as long as the price does not vary and we have the item in stock. If you want to exchange for a different product, you may drop off the item at our store, request a refund and then make a new purchase; we do not do immediate product exchanges in store.


Returns and exchanges through mail/courier service:

- You may exchange the products you bought online (size, colour or product exchange) by sending back the package to us through your preferred transportation service. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund and you will have to make a new online purchase.
