•  Delivery times are estimated, calculated in business days, and may suffer unexpected delays.
• Orders received after 15:00 (Barcelona time) will be shipped the following business day.
• Shipping prices may be increased for international deliveries if the item is bulky or heavier than 1kg. We will notify you before shipping.
• If the package is returned to us because the customer is absent at the time of delivery more than 2 times, or if the address provided by the customer is incorrect, we will refund the item deducting return costs.
• It is the customer's responsibility to track their package delivery on the transportation agency's website, and to communicate directly with them for any changes in delivery or preferred delivery hours. • We are not able to ship any Nike items outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland, in accordance to their sales policies for vendors. Any orders received will be cancelled.

• For store pick-ups, if you will not pick-up your order personally, you must send the person who picks it up with this authorisation document signed by you.
